Anne Hathaway was in the house Saturday at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, and—as is the case with all her fashion choices—her courtside style did not disappoint.
It was an action-packed game between the Atlanta Hawks and Charlotte Hornets, with the home team clinching the win, 132–91. Even so, our eyes were glued to the stands and the Devil Wears Prada star’s ultra-cool all-black fit. For the occasion, Hathaway kept things casual in a classic inky-black ribbed tank top with wide straps and a matching zip-up hoodie, which she wore open and down along her arms. She upped the edginess and the ante with a chunky silver chain necklace, small silver hoops, and—to prove she was the coolest person in the room—a pair of oversize black-frame shades with purple-tinted lenses. She kept her makeup minimal, fresh, and rosy, and wore her chestnut locks down and straight, with her wispy bangs across her forehead.

Earlier this month, at the world premiere of new film The Idea of You, Hathaway wore the exact opposite of her suave basketball ensemble. The red-carpet outfit consisted of a teeny-tiny opulent white minidress with thick straps, a wide V neckline, rectangular gold studs arranged in a chevron pattern below the bust and along the hem, and small sequins that covered every inch of fabric. She finished off the glimmering look with strappy, open-toe platforms with a tall chunky heel, plus a diamond tennis necklace. She rocked another shiny ensemble days before, at the 39th Film Independent Spirit Awards: a milky-white sequin- and crystal-embellished Valentino jumpsuit.
