Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone have just begun filming their next movie, La La Land, a musical romance set in L.A.. And naturally, the beautiful twosome could not look more fabulous in their retro-inspired costumes while on set on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
While filming what appears to be a date scene, Stone, 26, modeled a short-sleeved light-blue dress, accented by white stripes. She accessorized the piece with a sunshine-yellow crossbody purse, tortoiseshell shades, and black ballet flats. The Oscar-nominated actress completed the ensemble with a loosely curled hairstyle.
Meanwhile, Gosling, 34, who also played Stone’s studly beau in 2011’s Crazy, Stupid, Love and 2013’s Gangster Squad, looked mighty handsome wearing a cream button-up with rolled-up sleeves. The actor (who shares a daughter with partner Eva Mendes) teamed the top with tweed pants and ’50s-perfect saddle shoes.
